I’m an Integrative Therapist, Reiki Master & Wellness Coach. I help highly sensitive corporate women who are frazzled, overworked and chronic over-givers to regain their balance.So that they can recharge their batteries, reconnect to their dreams & superpowers and rediscover their joy & zing in life.
A little more of the story …
As a highly sensitive person, (and INFJ if you are familiar with the Myers Briggs personality test) who has worked in the corporate world for over 17 years, I understand the stresses and strains that a lot of women go through. When you feel like your life looks so perfect on the outside, but when it feels more like it’s sucking the life out of you from the inside.
Over the last 17 years I have gathered may tools, tips and techniques that can help highly sensitive people not just survive, but to thrive in their lives.
It’s now my mission to share what I have learned, to help lovely beings like yourself to come out from that dark place and to return to a lighter state of being.
My healing space …
I love being out in nature, although I’m not always great with the cold weather. I prefer countryside and nature sounds to being in a bustling city.
A few minutes of concious presence in my garden is the best way I know to bring myself back to a state of “being” after a “doing” kind of day.
I even have a little den, with a tree throne made from recycled tree stumps, so that I can sit in the shade of the silver birch and listen to the leaves.

Make play an important part of your day. You don’t need a reason, or expensive toys. Play can be as simple as a box left in an unexpected place.
